Position Description:

This full time T4 position involves a full range of duties relative to managing Implementation projects, people, budget and project deliverables, directing the work of assigned consultants as well as client staff.  Acts as a liaison between clients and PayTech in order to further productive business relationships.  Working closely with the Business Development team, the Project Manager is responsible for all stages of project development from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation.  Works with the Manager of Project Development to schedule all billable hours based on client needs and consultants’ skills.  Provides orientation and training for consultants on each project.  Responsible for providing project and personnel performance information to all levels of management.  Works with management to resolve client relations issues.  Supports the operations of the corporate office and assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for all clients.  For a full list of essential duties and Responsibilities click on APPLY HERE below.Project Manager

Minimum Requirements:

At least 10 years experience in payroll, managing staff, teams and/or projects, with formal Project Management coursework.  Demonstrated understanding of key components of project management methodology.  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel projects, meet client deadlines and obtain measurable results.  Must have excellent interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills.  Project Manager must be client-focused, organized, and able to meet deadlines.  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.  Demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies.  Strong computer skills; knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and MSProject; expert working knowledge of multiple payroll related systems.  Able to travel at any time.  Able and available to work more than 40 hours per week.  CPM or certification required (within one year). This position is required to travel.  When traveling this position frequently moves/ lifts luggage weighing up to 50 pounds. When not traveling, this position must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
