Project Manager

Position Description:

responsible for supervising and mentoring Project Managers, providing client relationship management while supporting quality assurance. Supervisory responsibilities include managing a team of Project Managers, determining client assignments, ensuring training needs are met, conducting performance evaluations and employee relations. Client management includes working with clients to determine needs, scheduling consultants and managing workloads, ensuring timely completion of team assignments and pursuing new projects from current clients. This position requires previous payroll and management experience. Frequent interaction with payroll and human resource professionals, peers and various levels of management is necessary. Supports the operations of the corporate office and assists in establishing a high level of customer service for all clients. Minimum Requirements:

At least five years of HRIS systems and project management experience is required, with at least five years working in a management role providing project management, client relations and business development. Demonstrated success in leading and managing people in a team-based environment. Must be client focused, very organized and possess a great sense of prioritization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong problem solving skills. Ability to build a team, set priorities and resolve problems. Strong management experience with ability to handle high stress situations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. Strong computer skills; knowledge of MS Office products including Word and Excel; good working knowledge of ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro and other payroll systems.
