This position provides administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Operations Management. Responsible for administrative functions including answering phones and screening calls; making travel arrangements; internal and external correspondence; support of contract handling and storage as well as client project deliverables; maintenance of consultant schedules; general office duties; support of daily operations. Provides a high level of service for all internal and external clients, including management team and office staff.

At least 2-4 years of general office experience. Detail oriented; effective oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Self-directed and professional manner when dealing with others. Must be a team player who is able to communicate effectively within the company and with outside vendors and clients. High proficiency in MS Office Suite products. Experience with booking travel is desired.
