Position Description:

The Human Resources Generalist works closely with the HR Director to assist with the administration of human resources policies and plans for the company. Areas of responsibility include Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and administrative functions. Frequent interaction with employees and various levels of management is necessary. Support the operations of the corporate office and assist in establishing a high level of customer service for all clients and employees. Minimum Requirements:

At least five years of human resources experience in a generalist capacity, with a heavy focus in benefits administration. Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources management. Extensive knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, internally and externally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the job functions. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred. HR Certification a plus.

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time. This position must be located in Denver, CO.
