Position Description:

This position is responsible for new client setup, processing client billing, coordinating the application of sales credits, assisting with credit card reconciliations and serves as backup for general administrative duties. Provides a high level of service for all internal and external clients, including management team and office staff. Minimum Requirements:

2 years of general office experience. Detail oriented; effective oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Self-directed, tactful, diplomatic, courteous and professional manner when dealing with others. Must be a team player who is able to communicate effectively within the company and with outside vendors and clients. Computer skills including Microsoft Office 365, SFDC and specifically Financial Force.com and DocuSign preferred. Payroll processing experience preferred. Responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality regarding employee information at all times. This position must be located in Denver, CO.  Job description is subject to change at any time.
